STAGE TWO (pre production)

 

• Architectural design plans construction drawings and details    for all works suggested by us on site and needed to be assessed by Ministry of culture Service of Modern Monuments and Technical Works  (digital and print).

• Construction drawings of all custom made furniture designs (digital and print).

• Architectural design plans and drawings of electrical fixtures and lighting (digital and print) in collaboration with the mechanical /electrical engineering  team of the project.

• Architectural design plans and drawings of plumbing fixtures (digital and print) in collaboration with the mechanical/electrical engineering team  of the project.

• Photo-realistic representations and rendering of final selections by client (3d max studio) 3-7 per typology (digital and print).

 
Civil, mechanical, electrical engineering studies and building permit except the ministry of culture agreement are not included in the present offer.

Additional studies can be carried out after extra offers from our team partners

STAGE THREE (pre-final production)

Rooms
Pilot design and overview per typology of rooms including architectural, electric, plumping, furniture and decoration (production by Louis Hotels and contractors).

Custom made furniture pieces
Pilot design and overview per typology of furniture pieces designed and produced (production expenses covered by Louis Hotels and contractors).

Reception
Final photo-realistic representation, rendering and video including architectural, electric, furniture and decoration.

 

Lounge

Final photo-realistic representation, rendering and video including architectural, electric, furniture and decoration.

Bar
Final photo-realistic representation, rendering and video including architectural, electric, plumping, furniture and decoration.

Restaurant

STAGE FOUR (final production process and completion)

Monthly visits to overview works on site by 2 people (depending works done). Starting from assignment till the final completion of the project.

 

Overall project overview and coordination on site by us can be organized if needed by client at an extra cost

STAGE FIVE (identity, press and publicity)

​

• Brand identity designs, logos, menus, catalogues and other suggestions for bar, restaurant, swimming pool and hotel.

• Digital Book design documenting all stages of renovation including texts, plans, designs and illustrations. Plus print file that can be published by Louis Hotels.

FEES

Our financial request for the above works is:
 

• 6,5% of project expenses for budget up to 1.500.000 euros

• 6% of project expenses for budget over 1.500.000 euros

All decorators discounts -where applicable- will be forwarded to Louis Hotels (varying from 10%-50%)
